All merchandise returned will be issued store credit only.

All returns must be made within 3 weeks of sale.

Shoes may not be returned if they look worn.

All special orders require a 50% deposit which will be deducted from the purchase price of your order. If the item you order is in stock, delivery is usually within 2 weeks of the date ordered; some orders may take up to 6 weeks.

All sales are final from the clearance rack, no returns are accepted.

​

There is a $15 fee for all pointe shoe fittings.
